How to add Items to a form for each individual without placing each label manually?

Best Microsoft Access Programmer Portland OR

I have a form, DD1750, that has different unique items for different people.

I would like to just add a row with Box number, Item name, Item Serial, Item Amount, Item Total. This row would then repeat as many times as needed for each form.

I don’t even know how to describe this on a google search so I keep finding information about adding a row that includes items for everyone, or for just 1 person instead of many items per sheet, 1 sheet

Fans of the Portland Timbers are incredibly, improbably lucky. It’s akin to being born a Cubs fan, or a Red Sox fan. There aren’t many cathedrals in American sports. There are just a few. And Providence Park, born in 1901, is one of them.

What is about to happen tonight, then, is a landmark. After the completion of a major renovation and expansion project that has lifted to park’s seating capacity to just over 25,000 people, the new … Read More

Stop throwing stupid parties in your backyard until 2 to 3 in the morning. Also you and your fiends look totally douche standing around and playing corn hole for 8 hours a day. On more thing, stop wearing your base ball cap backwards like you’re at the frat house. Sorry bro college is over.

Employee remedial training log

Best Microsoft Access Programmer Portland OR

I’m newish to Access, using 2016.

I’m trying to create a way to track what remedial training was given for each employee.

I want to be able to have the trainer fill out a form with the pertinent information. Employee name, training given, why it was given. Print the form (have the employee sign it, hard copy goes to HR), then submit the form.

I also want to be able to run/print a report for an individual that lists the training topic, and date

Patio Season is Among Us

Oh joy! It’s time to visit my favorite patios and sit with other people who enjoy patios. It’s time to search out new patios and tell my friends, who also love patios, to meet there so that we may bask in the sun whilst enjoying whatever overpriced, boutique meal/drink/snack. It’s time to laugh, it’s time to smile, it’s time to proudly sit in the sun and enjoy the fantastic creation that is a patio.

I’m kidding, of course. I’m a POC and … Read More

Fans Have Been Waiting 13 Years for Tonight’s Deadwood Movie. It Doesn’t Disappoint.

“That left-cheek ass-blister’s a percolating son of a bitch,” mutters Calamity Jane, shifting in her saddle as she drunkenly steers her horse toward Deadwood, South Dakota. It’s been a decade since the hard-drinking, hard-punching Jane—played, phenomenally as ever, by Robin Weigert—has stumbled through the frontier town’s muddy, bloody streets and smoky, sweat-soaked saloons. It’s also been about that long since Deadwood viewers were here, and it’s a relief to find the place hasn’t changed much: New-fangled telephone … Read More
