I am working on an existing Access DB and have been tasked with “creating a better way to display notes.” Vague, I know. The notes are just a text field in the table, many of which are blank. I know there’s a “Hide Fields” on a right-click, but I never get that far. Here’s why:

I use Access to link to a particular Sharepoint list. That part works fine.
