Efficiently creating dropdown fields

I’m relatively new to Access, but what is the best way to create multiple dropdowns in access? I want to make it as easy as possible for the forms to be used, and I want to make as much as I can into a dropdown. Beginner user trying to tackle a project in which many individual excel tables automatically update based on data in the Access file.

I have 400+ individual files called “class schedules”. One for each client. I have a master class schedule (locations, teachers, and subject) and I have many class groupings (clients are divided into groups of 25 or so). I would like to automate the individual schedules as much as possible. (I type in a name and it generates the schedule based on a database list ive previously loaded in access, which i have not done yet).
